  Installation steps of composite wallboard:

  8. Correction and fixation: Check the vertical and leveling correction with the ruler of 2 meters or more, and then fix it with Φ6mm or Φ8mm ribbed steel bars and construction glue.

  9. Grouting and replenishing: Fill the calibrated wall wall with polymer mortar, scrape flat, and fill the upper and lower gaps with fine stone concrete.

  10. Stick the anti-cracking cloth: After the filling polymer and the wall are completely shaped, the glass fiber cloth is pasted with latex at all the joints.

  11. Install the wires and switches; set the dark wire and the position of the switch box, and then cut the slot with a portable electric saw. After the installation, fill with the polymer mortar.

  12. Door frame: Reserve the door and window openings on the installed wall and anchor them with splints or lines.

  13. Veneer tile, decorative panel: You can freely paste tiles or other wood veneer on the wall without any plastering.
